Day of Coordinator

Service Description

Our Day of Coordinators are responsible for looking over contracts for vendors that you, the client, has already chosen to hire. Your DC will contact the vendors ahead of time and ensure that they have accurate information and direct contact with each of them. They will create a detailed timeline incorporating the entire duration of the wedding. It will be their responsibility to make sure the wedding party is aware of the details and are all on the same page. Your DC will also supervise all vendor set-up and ensure that the bride/groom, entertainment, and photographer are aware of each event in advance. They will ensure that each person in the wedding party is fulfilling their duties and that the guests are being treated properly. Your DC will make certain that reception runs timely and smoothly, and will be sure to properly and securely end the night.
