Week 1
11/7/18 - 11/9/18
WEDNESDAY: Today was START DAY. To begin the project, Cesar was put in charge of Weekly Logs. Sammy gave himself position of Team Leader and started working on a decision matrix for business names. We all made up names and incorporated them into the matrix. We did the same with business logos. Jacob was not here to participate.
THURSDAY: On Day 2 we listened to class TED Talks. We will resume working on our project on Friday.
FRIDAY: On Day 3 we turned in the first parts of our project:

Week 2
11/12/18 - 11/16/18
MONDAY: On Day 4, we started working again. Jocelynn started working on a digital version of our logo. Sam started working on the business website, while Talia, Jacob and Cesar started working on Mission and Vision statements. As a group we wrote up our Company Descriptions.
TUESDAY: On Day 5, we took a break working and resumed listening to class TED talks.
WEDNESDAY: On Day 6, we started work again. Jocelynn finished up the digital logo while the rest of the team finished M&V statements.
THURSDAY: On Day 7, the class participated in brain games. The project was put on hold for 1 day.

Week 3
11/26/18 - 11/30/18
MONDAY: On Day 9, we started looking into buildings that interested us. We started brainstorming about the kind of building we wanted and what we wanted our space to look like.
TUESDAY: On Day 9, we started looking into buildings that interested us. We started brainstorming about the kind of building we wanted and what we wanted our space to look like.
WEDNESDAY: On Day 11, we chose the best sketch and decided to use that one for our final building. We also started playing with different programs to design digital models of our building.
THURSDAY: On Day 12, we continued working on our digital floor plans. Sam, Cesar, and Talia continued working on the website.
FRIDAY: On Day 13, we turned in Week 3 assignments:

Week 4
12/3/18 - 12/7/18
MONDAY: On Day 14 Sam started working on the Start Up Capital, while Jocelynn started designing the 3D Model of their building. Talia, Jacob, and Cesar started working on lists of materials, furniture, and necessities our business may need.
TUESDAY: On Day 15 Sam was absent, so the Start Up Capitol was put on hold. Jocelynn continued to work on the Model, while the others kept working on the supply list.
WEDNESDAY: On Day 16 Sam was back and resumed working on the Capitol. The 3D Model was finally done.
THURSDAY: On Day 17 we had some issues. Our website stopped working, our logo was not in the correct format, and we ended up very behind schedule. Despite everything, we continued trying to solve the problem.
FRIDAY: On Day 18 we did not have anything to turn in. We did not finish what needed to be finished, but to solve our previous problems, we needed to make a new website and logo. Although we didn’t have much to turn in, we kept working on the website and finishing what needed to be done.
Week 5
12/9/18 - 12/14/18
MONDAY: On Day 19 we decided that our former website was not cutting it, so we transferred everything to a different site. We also added our photos to our Weekly Logs. We started working on our Research and continued working on the Start Up Capitol.
TUESDAY: On Day 20 we spent the whole day taking our professional group and individual photos.
WEDNESDAY: On Day 21 we chose the best photos and uploaded them to our new site. We also added individual bios and updated the Logs.
THURSDAY: On Day 22 Sam was absent, but the team continued working on the Research and began working on the Business Plan.
FRIDAY: On Day 23 we were to have completed the Research and Business Plan, however we did not have them done. We continued working on them and improving our website.
Week 6
12/17/18 - 12/21/18
MONDAY: On Day 24 we continued working on what we missed the week before, but we focused primarily on the Business Plan because we were missing most of it.
TUESDAY: On Day 25 we started brainstorming for our commercial. We planed how we wanted it to be done, where we wanted it to be done etc.
WEDNESDAY: On Day 26 we continued updating everything we had been working on so far, and we also transferred our work to a different site because the previous was asking for payments, which we could not do.
THURSDAY: On Day 27 we finally had a good website. We continued work on everything needed for the final presentation.
FRIDAY: On Day 28, the last day before Winter Break, we separated the work between all of us. We also started looking into the data we were sent to budget.
Week 7
12/24/18 - 12/28/18
This week was our first week of Winter Break. The team didn't do much this week. They spent time with their families and enjoyed their break.
Week 8
12/31/18 - 1/04/19
MONDAY: NEW YEAR'S EVE
TUESDAY: NEW YEAR'S DAY
WEDNESDAY: On Day 37, Sam and Jocelynn discussed how to budget the wedding package that was sent to all teams.
THURSDAY: On Day 38, they continued work on the wedding package.
FRIDAY: On Day 39, they kept on working and went through all parts of the project finishing what needed to be finished.

Week 9
the FINAL week
1/07/19 - 1/11/19
MONDAY: Day 40 was the last day of break. The team enjoyed their day before having to return to school.
TUESDAY: On Day 41 the team, without Sam, returned to school. In class we discussed the upcoming project, Inspires. Jocelynn discussed with the team what needed to be done now that Sam was gone. Talia was in charge of finishing the Research Plan, Cesar and Jacob would finish the business PowerPoint, and Jocelynn would finish the Business Plan and website.
WEDNESDAY: On Day 42 the team continued working to make sure the project was completed.
THURSDAY: On Day 43, presentations will begin.
FRIDAY: On Day 44, presentations will continue and the project will be completed.
